Bhasin Infotech & Infrastructure Private Limited ("we," "us," "our") provides the following terms and conditions governing the use of our web application for booking the Gondola Ride at The Grand Venice Mall. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
Tickets purchased for the Gondola Ride are valid only on the selected date. However, if the customer does not check in at the designated time slot, the ticket will remain valid for the rest of the day. The customer can use the ticket at any available time slot on the same day, subject to availability.
In the event of a no-show due to unavoidable circumstances, customers may request a cancellation or rescheduling. Requests must be made at least 1 day before the booking date by emailing info@veniceindia.com. Customers can either have their booking slot rearranged based on their availability or receive a refund.
We are unable to provide refunds or returns for mistaken purchases.
The refund for the cancelled ticket will be processed in a minimum of 7 working days.
Convenience fee and taxes applicable thereon will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
If the cancellation of the booking is unsuccessful for any reason, a refund will not be issued. In such cases, customers must contact our customer support and provide their booking details.
Requests to modify bookings, including changes to the date or time slot, must be made through our customer service email at info@veniceindia.com. All changes are subject to availability and our discretion.
Users agree to use the web application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse or unauthorized use of the application, including fraudulent bookings or abusive behavior towards staff, will result in immediate termination of services and possible legal action.
We strive to provide accurate and timely information on our web application. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to technical issues, inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page or a prominent notice on our application.
If a particular ride is not functional at the time of slot booking, then please contact the physical ticket counter to help you postpone the slot of your ticket to a future available time slot.
Children aged 3 years and above will require a separate ticket. No ticket shall be required in case the height of a child is less than 90 centimeters. The Company may however change the height criteria at any time without any notice.
Smoking is an offence & is strictly prohibited inside the premises and will be fined according to Management’s discretion.
